What Makes This Show Unique?
Community youth step into the spotlight to serve in leadership roles behind the scenes. Top Talent Live is a gateway for students to receive on the job training in the areas of guest services, production assistants, lighting and sound engineer operators, assistant stage managers and even as show hosts! These roles build confidence, courage, and accountability along with employment skills.
The Music & Arts Program for Youth's board of directors' desire is to continue investing in youth to guide them to succeed. Bill Rogers said, “Investing in youth is always the right thing to do.”
A Great Cause!
Top Talent Live raises awareness in the arts and funds to continue providing quality music and art programs for youth at no cost to families. The Top Talent Live experience is an effective component of our youth development program to improve community well-being, while aiming youth in a positive direction.
Top Talent Live is produced by the Music & Arts Program for Youth (M.A.P. for Youth). We actively work along side city governments to provide effective and promising initiatives to prevent youth delinquency and keep children of all backgrounds from choosing criminal activity as a form of recreation. As you know this is a huge undertaking.
